Natalia Ivorra is a lawyer born in Alicante, Spain. She has an International Law specialty and an MBA in Business Management. After many years of practicing law in Spain, she came to Costa Rica in 2014 in search of a more slow-paced and tropical life.

Six years ago, Natalia started her rental & property management company when she got picked as the trusted person by one of her neighbors to take care of their vacation home in Hacienda Pinilla.

One of the crucial aspects is that Natalia treats her clients like she would’ve wanted to be treated when she first came to Costa Rica.

Azul & Tierra offers dream vacation homes, property management, and unique concierge services. The owner is a resident of Hacienda Pinilla and a foreign person who knows and understands precisely what her guests want and need.
